When you create your N2F account, 15 categories are automatically created. 

 

You can, however, totally adapt these categories according to your company's policy. 

The 15 categories can't be deleted from the account, you can deactivate them to make them no longer visible. 

 

From the Web application:

Settings – Advanced settings -Expense categories – Settings – Category activated

 

 

If you are in the Advanced version with several types of expense reports, be sure to check on which type of expense report you deactivate the category.
