To add analytical axes (or personalized fields):

From the Web version:

Settings – Advanced Settings – Analytics and databases – Manage – New personalized field

Step 7: The name of the personalized field will be displayed in the expense.

Step 8: Several formats are available :

Step 9: A parent field is used to display a restricted list of a child field. Thus, the proposed values of the child field depend on the value entered in the parent field.

Example :

If Client is parent of Project:

Client A is attached to Project 1 / Project 2 / Project 3

Client B is attached to Project 4 / Project 5

By selecting Client B in an expense, then only Projects 4 and 5 will be proposed.

Step 10: You can let users manually enter elements in the personalized fields.

Step11: You can sort, by user or by category, a default personalized field, thus the default amount will be applied even if the field is hidden.

Step 12: The display of a field (Hidden – Optional – Mandatory) in the expense categories and the types of expense reports can be directly managed from this axe's sheet.

If you chose the “Dropdown list” format, this new personalized field now appears in the analytical axes list.

By clicking on this field, you will be able to add general information to it.

Step 13: Adding general information manually (code, name, eventual restrictions.)

Step14: In Advanced version only, you can do a Mass import thanks to a downloadable template:
