N2F Budgets allows you to manage, anticipate, and monitor your company’s expenses in real time.

Thanks to this comprehensive module, you benefit from an instant and reliable overview of your budgets, enabling better decision-making.


What is the scope of this module?


The Budget module is compatible with all N2F solutions:

  • N2F Expense Reports & N2F Travel Requests
  • N2F Supplier Invoices & N2F Purchase Requests

You can therefore configure your budgets as soon as they are created and precisely define the types of expenses associated with and allocated to each one.


What criteria are available?


N2F Budgets adapts to your organization thanks to various configuration criteria:

  • Employees incurring the expenses
  • Specific analytical dimensions (cost centers, etc.)
  • Expense categories and/or accounting accounts
  • Application periods

This allows you to create customized budget monitoring aligned with your structure and needs.


Monitor my budget consumption in real time!


For accurate monitoring, all your expenses are taken into account:

  • Expenses already incurred (reimbursements, supplier payments)
  • Committed expenses (submitted expense reports, integrated invoices)

As soon as a budget is created, you can assign managers to it. They can access the status of their budgets at any time and:

  • View their consumption in real time
  • Receive alerts in case of threshold overruns (global budget or specific thresholds)
