  • Budget import via Excel: bulk import to facilitate the initial creation and update of budgets.
  • Manual expense linking: ability to manually correct an expense that was wrongly assigned to a budget.
  • Budget visibility at approval: display of key budget information and alerts directly within the expense report and invoice approval steps.

Germany

Per diem / hotel breakfast duplicate detection

Prevents the double reimbursement of a breakfast already included in a hotel night.

Italy

Tax deductibility ceiling management (test)

Automatic isolation of the non-deductible portion of an expense in accordance with Italian regulations. Feature currently in testing phase.

N2F - Account Payable

Goods receipt and delivery – reconciliation and discrepancy detection (3-way matching)

Continuation of the goods receipt and delivery initiative launched this quarter: automatic reconciliation between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, with discrepancies highlighted.

Supplier creation workflow

Makes the creation of the supplier master data more reliable and faster.

Invoice submission automation

Reduces manual handling, limits invoice exposure between departments, and simplifies processing for high-volume organizations.

France - Certified Platform (Plateforme Agréée)

  • Matching of e-invoices with expense reports.
  • Sharing the e-invoicing billing email address for expense reports via the mobile app.
  • N2F Certified Platform onboarding – intermediary / accountant use case, enabling clients who manage their own clients in N2F to be autonomous in their onboarding.

Finance AI agents

Finance AI agents are coming to N2F: a library of agents to discover and launch them, a first scheduled reporting agent (automatic analyses and alerts, at the desired frequency), and a centralized list of generated reports to easily find results.

These building blocks are entering the testing phase with a panel of selected clients, ahead of further improvements and a wider pre-launch.
