In order to restrict access to a payment method to one or several users, you need to go, from the Web version, to the payment method management and define which users can access it.
Settings – Advanced Settings – Analytics and databases – Payment Method
Step 8. You need to select the names of the users that will have access to this payment method when entering an expense.
Tips:
If you cannot give access to a payment method to a user, check in their user sheet that they have the right to use a professional payment method:
Settings – Advanced Settings – Users – Expense reimbursement
