If some data entered from a mobile device is not directly visible on the Web version:

  • Make sure that your mobile device uses the latest version of the application. If it is not the case, update it.
  • You can trigger the synchronization manually by swiping your finger from the top to the bottom of your screen.
  • It may be useful to change the network to Wi-Fi if you are on a 4G network, and vice versa.
