Improvements are currently underway to enhance the module that has been released. This will enable better forecasting of expenses by taking committed amounts into account. Users will have a more comprehensive and reliable view of the actual status of their budgets.

• Automatic linking of purchase requests to the associated budgets.
• Importing budgets via an Excel file to facilitate their initial creation and bulk updates. This feature will simplify the management of annual budget cycles, reduce setup time, and ensure the reliability of large-scale updates.
• Display of key budget information directly within the expense approval workflow stages, with alerts highlighted. This will enable faster and more informed decision-making at every stage of the process.
• Addition of more linking criteria for expense reports to make configuration even more flexible.

Adjustment of the expense declaration flow for per diems to ensure that included items (such as hotel breakfast) are properly accounted for, guaranteeing consistency between declared expenses and per diem rules while limiting financial losses.

Deductibility ceilings

Implementation of a deductibility ceiling rule specific to Italy to ensure better compliance with local tax regulations and automate the handling of non-deductible expenses. Fewer manual errors and more secure accounting processing.

N2F will integrate goods receipt and delivery management, enabling you to track, record, and validate goods or services received directly in the tool. This strengthens the reliability of the procure-to-pay process and improves compliance across the different steps.

Implementation of a structured supplier creation workflow to frame the steps, improve reliability of collected information, and organize approvals across the different departments involved, including purchasing, finance, legal, and administration.
