N2F offers alerts to make it as easy as possible to review your employees’ expense reports. It is now possible to set up a rule for selected categories so that an alert is displayed when OCR scanning detects the presence of tobacco or alcohol on a receipt.
To do this, go to the settings of the relevant expense category:
Settings > Advanced Settings > Expense Categories > Select the template if necessary:
Once this rule has been validated, alerts will be displayed if the receipt submitted by the employee contains data related to tobacco or alcohol :
