N2F allows you to retain personal vehicle information even if the vehicle is deleted or the account of the employee who owns it is removed.
This will notably give you the ability to preserve historical data and to consult a deleted vehicle at any time.
To do this, go to the web Administrator area and access the Settings > Advanced settings > Analytics and databases > Vehicles :
The deleted vehicles will appear in red as shown below.
You will be able to open the vehicle record to view its data.
You will also be able to view and download the vehicle registration document, which will remain available even after deletion.
