You can share access to your N2F account with another user in case of absence from work or to let them enter expense reports in your place.

To do so, you need to log in to his account from the Web version and create a new share access from his Personal Settings:


You will be able to choose a start and an end date (or no end date at all, in case it is a permanent delegation.)

The user to whom you have delegated access to your account will receive a notification by email.

They will then be able to log in to your N2F account from his Web version homepage:

It is recommended to share access to your account with a user with the same role as you.

It is impossible to share access from an account to another with the mobile app, but you can access another user's account from the mobile app once the access sharing has been done.


To do so, click on the 3 lines icon in the top left corner of your screen to open the taskbar, and then on the logo above your name:
