N2F has an intelligent scan (OCR) which recognizes information on a receipt's photo!

The software will detect and fill in automatically: 

  • The date of the expense, 
  • The total amount, 
  • The VAT rate and amount (even in case of multiple VAT-rates), 
  • The currency, 
  • The supplier's name, 
  • The amount in case of fuel, 
  • Tourist tax. 


You may find below some advice to follow when taking a picture for the data on the receipt to be more accurate. 


  •  Tip n°1: Take a picture in portrait mode and as straight as possible

  • Tip n°2: Avoid over-exposed and under-exposed pictures 

 

 

  • Tip n°3: Place the receipt as flat as possible 

Try to use not too crumpled or folded receipts.
 

 

 

  • Tip n°4: Crop image to resize it to the shape of the receipt
