When you create an account, there are by default 15 categories available in N2F:
They are listed in alphabetical order.
However, you can sort them by priority of use in your company, which makes it easier for users to enter them (the most used categories first, the least used last).
To do so, you can add a number in front of the categories' name:
You can then have a personalized category selection screen.
