N2F lets you customize your expense categories as much as possible.

For that reason, you have many icons available to make the choice of expense category as intuitive as possible for your declarants.

To modify them, you need to log in to the Web version:

Settings – Advanced Settings – Expense categories – Choose the category you want to modify – Settings – Icon

From there, you can customize the main icon, but also the symbol and the background colors. Here is the complete icon list:

Tips and tricks:

You can group the major categories of expenses by color so that the application is even more intuitive.

Example:

• VEHICLE (Fuel, Mileage, Toll, Parking)
• MEALS/HOTEL
• TRAVEL (Airplane, Train, Public transport, Car rental)
