The fields available in an expense category can be completely customized in N2F.
If you want to change the display of these fields, you need to log in to the Web version and go to the solution's Advanced Settings:
Configuring the fields display will have an impact at the time of submission of the expense report.
- Mandatory
The field must be filled in the expense for the expense report to be submitted. If it is not filled in, an “incomplete expense” alert appears and the expense cannot be submitted:
We recommend you to make the receipt mandatory if you have subscribed to the Probative value archiving.
- Optional
The field will be visible but will remain optional, the submission of the expense report will not be blocked if it is not filled.
- Hidden
The field will not be visible when entering the expense.
We recommend you to hide all the fields that are not required to simplify the entry of an expense as much as possible, especially from the mobile application.
Warning
If you have several legal entities on your N2F account, the display must be set up for each legal entity. Duplication of display is possible.
