Yes you can, every N2F Administrator can choose, depending on the company's policy, whether the users can register a vehicle or no.


As a reminder, it is possible to manage personal vehicles and company-owned vehicles in N2F.

Thus, depending on their rights given by the Administrators, a user will be able to:

  • Register no vehicle: only the Administrators can register new personal and/or company-owned vehicles.
  • Register personal vehicles only: in that case, the administrator may ask to validate the information entered on this vehicle so that the user can submit an expense report in which this vehicle is selected.
  • Register company-owned vehicles only.
  • Register every type of vehicle.
