If you allow users to create their personal vehicles in N2F, we advise you to check the information entered in the vehicle sheet to validate that the data entered is compliant with their vehicle registration document.
From the Web version:
Settings / Advanced settings / Users / *select a user* / Personal Vehicle
If you activate this checkbox, when users modify their personal vehicle information, this vehicle will automatically switch to the “not validated” status.
This will prevent them from submitting an expense report using that vehicle until an administrator approves this vehicle's data.
If users try to submit an expense report with a “not validated” vehicle, administrators will receive an email indicating that a vehicle needs to be validated.
To validate this vehicle; you will need to go to the sheet of the concerned vehicle:
Settings / Advanced settings / Analytics and databases / Vehicle / Approved by the administrator
Once the checkbox is activated, the user will receive an email indicating that their vehicle has been approved by their administrator and that they can submit their expense report.
