If the green lock icon appears next to each expense's receipt, it means that it is archived with probative value.
It takes a few minutes for a receipt to be saved, depending on the Probative value archiving protocol.
A user needs to wait a little between the moment when the photo of the receipt is taken and the moment they submit their expense report (an error message will pop up if that time limit is not respected.)
Tips:
If no receipt seems to be archived with probative value:
1. Make sure that your account subscribed to the option.
2. Make sure that your phone is connected to the Internet.
