During the expense report/mission order validation process, N2F allows you to interact with your colleagues thanks to the internal mailing system.
This is a communication channel that lets you exchange messages between the user and the people checking in the workflow.
From the Internal mail module of the mobile app, you can see and answer to conversations:
- Managers / Accountants / Administrators can access all the conversations they initiated, whether open or closed.
- Users can access: conversations concerning them, whether open or closed.
