To remind your collaborators to submit their expense reports in N2F, you can activate an email notification from the chosen template's settings.
This setting must be done from an administrator account. To access it, follow these steps:
Settings (1) > Advanced settings (2) > Templates (3) > Click on the chosen template (4) > Advanced settings (5) > Remind to declarer (6)
→ Fill in the following fields depending on how often the company requires them to submit their expense reports.
