For occasional users or specific entries, you might want to show entry instructions to the registrants.

In those particular cases, N2F offers the possibility to create a header which can contain input help indications, or even a link to an internal file (expense report management policy, rules of procedure, web page…).

To configure this feature, you need to activate the header creation checkmark from your Settings (1) > Advanced Settings (2) > Templates (3) > Select the concerned template (4):


Click on the « Advanced settings » tab (5)


Lastly, activate the checkmark « Display information in the header of an element of this template », and complete the required information according to your needs before saving.


The information will then be visible for your registrants from their web and mobile application:

These instructions will also be available throughout the validation circuit, giving approvers and verifiers the opportunity to consult them:
