When a user is created in N2F, you need to make sure that the email address used is active. The user automatically receives an email containing a link to activate their account and choose a password.
In case the user never received the email, they need to:
1 – Make sure that the email address has been created before the user's account on N2F.
2 – Check the spam or junk in their mailbox.
3 – Ask their N2F manager to be sure they used the right email address.
4 – Send another activation email.
In order to do this, and as long as the user is in the “Pending” status, you can click on the “Resend invitation” button at the bottom of the user information sheet:
