Does your employee have a professional payment method, but can't select it even though it has already been created in N2F? No need to worry, it is simply an option to be activated on the user file! 


To check that a user has access to your company's payment method, go to Settings (1) > Advanced Settings (2) > Users (3) and select the user concerned (4):



On the user file, in the “Expense reimbursement” section (5), check that the “Access to work payment method(s)” checkbox (6) is activated. If this is not the case, activate it and save the changes made:
