Have you tried adding a collaborator and the following message was displayed 'A user already exists with this email (If the user isn't activated yet, you can resend an activation link from the user file)'?


Don’t panic! Your employee must have created a test account with the email address you are trying to register. Indeed, it is not possible to create two accounts with the same email address: that is the reason you are blocked.


You can contact your employee directly and ask him to delete his trial account by sending him this procedure that he will have to follow: 


Settings > advanced settings > account settings > «Delete my account»


Important:

In the event that the employee has entered expenses in this test account, he must ensure that he is still in possession of the documents before proceeding with the deletion of the account. If necessary, he can download them.
