Advanced Search is the tool that allows you to find your own expense reports as well as those created by your colleagues (if your role permits it).
We have added, for more precision in your searches, a dropdown field that allows you to filter for open expense reports that contain no expenses:
In the case of a change of company or profile, the blockage can be caused by an expense report opened by the employee. However, if no expense was entered, you did not have the possibility to identify the report causing the blockage and therefore to complete the change.
Thanks to this improvement, you can now choose to display this filter to see them appear and identify the source of the blockage in order to take the necessary actions to proceed with your changes.
In case of submission reminders, this can also help you find expense reports opened by mistake!
