Role: User Manager Accountant Administrator

As an administrator, you can regulate the submission of your employees' expense reports in N2F.

By regulating the submission of expense reports, you can better manage the reports submitted by your colleagues.

1. Adding rules for submitting reports in N2F

To add a number of expense reports to be submitted, go to settings / advanced settings / templates and select the relevant template:

Once the ‘limit the number of items submitted?’ tick has been activated (5), you can define the number of expense reports (6) that can be submitted, as well as the reference period (7) (week, month, submission period).

Please note: the reference period is calendar. Example: if you choose ‘per month’ as the reference period, it will be valid from the first to the last day of each month. Similarly, the reference period ‘per week’ is valid from Monday to Sunday of each week.

Warning: This setting is made from the template, this rule will apply to all employees assigned to the template without exception.

2- Changing the number of reports submitted

Once the expense report submission policy is in place, you can always modify it.

To do this, you can follow the same procedure presented in part 1 and then validate your modification (8).

This modification will be instantly taken into account in N2F and therefore in the accounts of your employees assigned to this template.
