As your company's account administrator, you can share the access to the account with one of your employee, and manage all account access sharing.
You will be able to:
- Enter expenses on the employee's behalf
- Approve / verify / account for expenses in the absence of a manager or accountant.
Please note, however, that access sharing is tantamount to granting full access to the account (entering new expenses, validating or modifying settings).
Therefore, we recommend you to share access to the accounts of employees with equivalent roles.

Setting up:
This access delegation can only be set from the Web version.
From your administrator account, go to “Advanced Settings”(2) and then “Manage access sharing” (3):
Enter the name of the employee to whom you wish to delegate access and the name of the employee to whom access will be delegated.
NB: The access sharing end date is optional in case of a permanent access sharing.
The two employees concerned by the access delegation will receive an email notification.
