As your company's account administrator, you can share the access to the account with one of your employee, and manage all account access sharing. 


This allows you to: 

- Enter expenses on the employee's behalf

- Approve / verify / post expense reports in the absence of a manager or accountant. 


Please note, however, that access sharing is tantamount to granting full access to the account (entering new expenses, validating or modifying settings). 

Therefore, we recommend you to share access to the accounts of employees with equivalent roles.

Setting up:


This access delegation can only be set from the Web version


From your administrator account, go to “Advanced Settings” (2) and then “Manage access sharing(3):



Enter the name of the employee whose access you wish to delegate and the name of the employee to whom access will be delegated.

NB: The access sharing end date is optional in case of a permanent access sharing.




 

The two employees concerned by the access delegation will receive an email notification. 


The one who receives the delegation will then be able to log in to their N2F account from their Web version homepage.



It is recommended to share access to your account with a user with the same role.

It is impossible to share access from an account to another with the mobile app, but you can access another user's account from the mobile app once the access sharing has been done.


To do so, click on the 3 lines icon in the top left corner of your screen to open the taskbar, and then on the logo above your name:
