It is now possible to export your users' data in Excel in a template similar to the bulk import template.
This export format lets you intuitively modify your users' database. In order to access this new export format, start by following the usual procedure:
When you're asked to choose the export format, select the 4th choice in the drop-down menu: “Excel export (Bulk import format)”:
Once downloaded, you will be able to modify the Excel file before importing it again, following the usual bulk import procedure (first choice in the drop-down menu above.)
